Chapter 7 Ashia Carr

I found the chapter extremely helpful. There are a lot of things I didn’t not know about when it comes to citing your sources or the level of thought that goes into picking amongst whether to use paraphrasing, in text citations or summaries. I also realized how easy it is to unintentionally plagarize, especially if you are not equip with the tools on how to properly cite. The rules to MLA and APA citation styles are vast and I only had knowledge of a few. The last section of the chapter provided the most help because it explained the methods of citing different types of sources or situations that may not follow the standard citing rules.
