Jimmy Remix

The first example is about an average citizen posting a video of her daughter dancing to a song and was sued and faced with  $150,000 fine if not removed because it apparently infringed on the artists copyright.  Its brought up to show how remixing in real life scenarios is not okay, even if its not meant on purpose. But the argument is there was no remixing just dancing to the song. The next example breaks down how one work can have multiple interpretations. I think the author should look and think of the interpretations that people could have, but then again you will not be able to please everyone with your work so you should focus on your target audience. It also talks about new genre and how even if its not a remix that you get some influence by existing genres.
