Olivia Barada Wysockis chapter

Reading Wysocki's chapter, I learned how the little things matter in how someone can interpret a specific genre. He also explains how one genre can be created into multiple medias, which helped me picture different ideas for my project 3. I learned from reading this text that font, color, and layout have a major role in reaching an audience. If you have a media you may want to incorporate what is expected to help a reader gain an idea of what the your genre is about. Also you may want to defy expectations and incorporate different things to catch the audiences eye. the page layout is also an important factor because this is how readers will interpret and expect. Like a school paper is double spaced and black ink with paragraphs, a person will know what it is by just looking at it. Over all this article helped me to create ideas for my media project.
