I think it is ridiculous that Universal wanted to sue a mom for $150,000 because she posted a video of her eighteen-month-old son dancing with Prince playing in the background. Nobody was being harmed and she was not making money off the video. It even stated the music was not clear. Her intentions were for family and friends to be able to see the cute video of her son. There are times when copyright can be a problem, but it was not in this specific case. I believe people should be punished for their acts when that is the case. When they know what they are doing is wrong and continue to do it anyways. These are important things to keep in mind when remixing.
