I found this chapter helpful and informative when it comes to learning more about multi genre projects. The chapter gave examples as to what can be included in a project, such as different genres and media options. For example, one can include a persuasive genre with a TED talk style video and/or include a narrative genre with an interview or a story. The chapter also included how the rhetorical situation can be included, which I found helpful because I hadn't given much thought to it. The steps the chapter included to assembling a multi genre project are also helpful because it gives a rough outline of what an acceptable project would look like. Overall, I found this chapter helpful. I think the information included in the chapter will help me in my creation of my own multi genre project.
I agree overall and how this chapter will help our last project, meaning I'm going to reference the steps and go over the checklist while I do my project. Hopefully this will help me get a good grade!
ReplyDeleteI agree it was nice to see a rough outline. I do think this chapter was helpful for our particular project at hand, however it still is a hard project because it has to be tailored to our specific thesis. This is the part that is still difficult to me, but reading this chapter gave me some confidence.
