I found this chapter very helpful and reassuring. To create a multi genre project there are steps that must be taken to help make the genre a success. I believe the two most important concepts is reaching your audience and giving the correct context in genre. This chapter also in corporates thing we have previously learned like rhetorical situations and how things we incorporate into genre are important to help one get the correct message we are trying to portray. I found the examples towards the end of the chapter very helpful of how one can put together a multi genre easily and efficiently.
I also agree that you have to follow the steps and really look at and emphasize reaching your audience and giving good context in each genre. I like the examples too, and I believe I can use those when I'm doing my project too.
