I put #1 and #2 together because they both talk about the Marine Mammal Protection Act. I put #3 close to them because it also talks about rights for animals. I put Wild Animals In captivity because it is a counterargument. Next, I put Dolphins in captivity because they speak about the good and bad sides of it. Then, about Belugas which is similar to the Dolphins article. Last is the Ethical Issues with releasing the animals.
