I think one of the most important things when picking a research topic is do you have interest and will you be able to stick with it throughout the research. AS they mention in the text, it is very important to find a topic you can stick with, finding genuine curiosity in your topic will help you so much in making the process a lot smoother and simply easier. When i did my first research paper beck in 11th grade it did feel relatively easy as i had a big interest in what i was doing and walked out with a above average grade. When it goes onto mention where i will get my resources i thing us as students have it very easy as we have the FSU library system and can have so many resources to use.
I agree that you must pick a topic you will be able to stick with. Oftentimes, people run out of things to write about towards the end of their paper. Curiosity plays a huge role.
ReplyDeleteI agree that your topic is something you should find interesting. If there is not a curiosity there, it will be hard to be motivated to find research and really dig deep into the topic. I also think that if its not interesting to you its hard to make it an interesting paper to other people.
