Ryan Linton Chapter 5 part 2

The rest of the chapter has to deal with finding information about a research topic. I do believe that Wikipedia is a pretty good starting point because it gives you general information about the topic and their are links to sites usually at the bottom of the page. It then goes onto showing the use of the ADA website to find more facts about the topic and then going to read articles of opinions. I think the biggest thing to take away from this chapter is to diversify where you get your information from. By reading other's opinions, you can start to form your own opinion.

  2. I totally agree, Wikipedia is a good source to gather general information from! Also that's a good point you made that reading others opinions you can start to form your own.

  3. I understand that wikipedia works for some people, but I personally do not like it. I do not like the formatting of the website and I prefer the articles/journal entries that come up when you search for information using the FSU library search.
