Jordan -- Action Plan

Before the next draft I do not plan on making any big changes. I like the path my paper is following, so I do not believe any changes in course are necessary, however I will be going through and cleaning up the flow of the paper just so it reads better. I was given some very useful feedback from the peer review we did and I will definitely be taking the advice about adding more character stories as examples. There is no advice given to me that I am unsure about as they are all solid suggestions and would fit into my paper no problem.
